Weekly Update for February 6th, 2017
Greetings,
I am writing this prior to the Patriots big Super Bowl game. As this is being sent to all of you I am either still awake watching the post game interviews and highlights from a win or sitting quietly trying to digest a lost wondering what just happen.
Either way, there will be a lack of sleep!
Lynch Winter Concert Thanks: Thank you very much for those of you who were able to attend the wonderful winter concert for our 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students Tuesday evening. I expressed my amazement at Mr. Thompson's ability to coordinate so many moving parts (students singing, playing multiple instruments, etc..) while watching in delight of our children. They stand very proudly on stage once they get a glimpse of the crowd. It is very noticeable. Again, thank you to Mr. Thompson and our students. Exposure to the arts is very important to all of us at Lynch and nights like last Tuesday hopefully reinforce this for our students.
WFEE Trivia Bee: Lynch will be well represented at the annual WFEE Trivia Bee on Wednesday night (2/8) at 7pm at the Winchester Town Hall. Lynch will have a faculty, student and parent team participating. If you are not able to attend, WinCam will be providing live coverage.
As a reminder, the Lynch student team is defending champions in the elementary division!
Lynch's "The Jungle Book": Please make sure that you have bought your tickets to our first every theatrical production ("The Jungle Book"). Our show begin Thursday (2/9) night at 6:30pm with a repeat performance on Friday (2/10) night at 6:30pm.
