Greetings!
We were very happy to be back at Lynch for 5 consecutive days last week! Snow days can be fun (well, unless you are at home with children and by mid-morning you've already exhausted your bag of tricks and then they are begging to make slime!).
We are excited to introduce our T.E.A.M Core Values to the Lynch community! I have been working with a dedicated group of Lynch faculty (beginning last June) to develop, refine and edit our Core Values theme. Our Core Values team of teachers has taken input from the entire Lynch staff, 5th grade students and parents as we prepared for this initiative.
Last Friday I introduced our T.E.A.M to the students during our All-School Meeting. We will continue to roll out our initiative to the community the next four Friday mornings.
Our goal is to promote and "live" our values throughout the Lynch campus each day - In the classroom, cafeteria, bathrooms, playground and hallways.
Below is our T.E.A.M acronym and meaning:
T Try your best
E Everyone is included
A Always be kind
M Make safe choices
