Weekly Update for January 23rd, 2017

Saturday morning we held our first pancake breakfast in the Lynch cafeteria.  This helped kick off our annual food drive for the Woburn Council of Social Concern.  This event helped raise funding for our 5th grade yearbooks and end of the year activities, while beginning our collection of grocery items for WCSC.  A large amount of grade five parents (led by Angela Winn, Shannon Sullivan and Barbara Kirkpatrick) cooked and organized this fun morning. Not to be outdone our students helped serve food and clean.
I  included some pictures below.

A reminder that each grade level is designated with certain items to donate. We have set up collection bins in our main hallway. Our plan is to collect until early February and before the next school vacation.

Pre-School - Cans of Tuna

Grade K - Jello and Pudding Boxes

Grade 1 - Toothpaste and Deodorant

Grade 2 - Paper Products (Paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)

Grade 3 - Peanut Butter and Jelly

Grade 4 - Juice (preferably apple)

Grade 5 - Progresso Soup

Have a great week!

Mr. Dupuis
