Weekly Update for May 22nd, 2017

Greetings ,

Thank you to the many hands that helped coordinate, organize and run events at Lynch last week.

We had a (albeit WARM) wonderful spring music concert for our kindergarten, first and second grade students Wednesday night. Lynch music teacher, Mr. Daniel Thompson put together a fun selection of songs for our students to perform. The students worked very hard prior to the big night and we are very proud of their performance.

Thursday afternoon we held our 4th annual Kickballapalooza in honor of the Jimmy Fund. Led by Lynch teacher, Mr. Patrick Flaherty we were able to raise over $2000. The Jimmy Fund is Boston's Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, raising funds for adult and pediatric cancer care and research to improve the chances of survival for cancer patients around the world.

Lynch will again be known as a "Scooper School" at the annual Jimmy Fund Scooper Bowl. More information on this fun ice-cream filled event can be found at

If you child took part in our Kick Ball event, we will announce when we have free tickets to the Scooper Bowl event for you and family to use on June 6th - 8th.
